1. Booking & Payment

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • All bookings are subject to driver availability.

    • You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS once your booking is confirmed.

  2. Fares & Pricing:

    • Estimated fares are provided at the time of booking but may vary due to traffic, route changes, or waiting time.

    • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, tolls, or late-night rides.

  3. Payment Methods:

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments (via Stripe/PayPal).

    • Full payment is required upon completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Free cancellation if notified at least 2 hours before pickup time.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee (up to 50% of the fare).

2. Passenger Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Information:

    • Provide correct pickup/drop-off details, contact number, and flight details (for airport transfers).

  2. Conduct:

    • Passengers must behave respectfully; we reserve the right to refuse service for abusive or unsafe behavior.

    • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are prohibited in our vehicles.

  3. Luggage:

    • Inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage (e.g., golf clubs, wheelchairs).

3. Driver & Service Policies

  1. Punctuality:

    • Drivers will arrive at the scheduled time; delays due to traffic/weather are not our liability.

  2. Route Changes:

    • Drivers may alter routes for efficiency or safety.

  3. Lost Property:

    • Report lost items within 48 hours. We are not responsible for unclaimed items after 14 days.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

  1. Service Interruptions:

    • We are not liable for delays/cancellations due to extreme weather, accidents, or unforeseen events.

  2. Personal Belongings:

    • Passengers are responsible for their belongings; Apple Taxis is not liable for loss/damage.

  3. Insurance:

    • All vehicles are fully insured for passenger safety.

5. Website Use & Privacy

  1. User Account:

    • If you create an account, you must keep login details secure.
